1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Returns must be requested within 7–14 days of receiving the order (depending on product type).
  • Certain products, such as personal care items (like face creams, makeup, or hair care products), may not be eligible for returns due to hygiene reasons.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  2. Include your order number, product name, and reason for the return.
  3. Our customer support team will provide instructions on how to return the item.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
  • Use a secure shipping method with tracking to ensure your return reaches us safely.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, a refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund may be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for items of the same value, subject to stock availability.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact our customer support immediately with photos of the item and packaging.
  • We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
